Any items purchased from us can be returned for a refund, excluding postage costs, provided that they are returned in the original packaging, fully intact and unused.

Purchaser will pay for return postage.

Anything that is defective - highly unlikely but life regularly surprises us - will be replaced free of charge after the defective item is returned.
